Podere Cornacchino is located in a strategic and central position in Tuscany, in the Valdera area. This allows you to reach all the major cities of art such as Florence, Lucca, Siena, Pisa, and Livorno in about an hour.
In less than an hour, you can also reach some of the most charming Tuscan villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Bolgheri, Lajatico, and of course Peccioli, our Italian Touring Club orange flag municipality, which won the 2024 “Borgo dei Borghi” award for the best village in Italy: a small community where culture, tradition, innovation, and sustainability coexist in its seven hamlets, each one more beautiful than the last.
And for those who love nature and sport: nature parks, trails for trekking, mountain biking or e-biking, golf courses, crystal clear sea and pristine beaches to discover.

How to reach us
BY PLANE
Pisa International Airport (PSA) is about 40 minutes away (45 km), while Florence International Airport (FLR) is about an hour away (75 km).
BY TRAIN
Pontedera – Casciana Terme station is about 30 minutes away (22 km).
BY BUS
From Pisa, it takes about 40 minutes to reach the Podere (45 km), while from Florence it takes about 1 hour (65 km). In both cases, take the FI.PI.LI highway to Pontedera, then head towards Peccioli via the SP11 provincial road.
From all airports and train stations, you can rent a car or arrange a private transfer to reach us comfortably.
The nearest town, Peccioli, is only a 5-minute drive away. Here you will find bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a butcher, bakeries, supermarkets, and ATMs. Peccioli is an open-air museum. Lose yourself in its streets and admire the numerous works of art that make it a unique village.
In the hamlet of Fabbrica di Peccioli, just a two-minute drive away but also a 20-minute walk, you will find a bar, a grocery store with local products, and a pharmacy.
